Images Purchased from Dreaming Artificially.com

This Image License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Licensee”) and [DreamingArtificially.com] (“Licensor”). By purchasing and downloading images from [DreamingArtifically.com], you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Grant of License

By purchasing or downloading any image from Dreaming Artificially, you receive a Standard Commercial License that allows you to use the artwork in both personal and commercial projects, subject to the terms below.
This license is non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable only in cases of violation.

Permitted Uses

Personal Use

Use the images for personal projects, wallpapers moodboards, inspiration, and non-monetized social media.

Commercial Use (Up to $100,000 Annual Revenue)

You may use the images in commercial projects that generate up to $100,000 USD in total annual revenue, including:

Print‑on‑demand products (shirts, posters, stickers, etc.)
Book covers, album covers, and digital publications
Websites, blogs, and digital products
Marketing materials, ads, and promotional graphics
Merchandise and physical goods
Client work (design, branding, creative services)

Modifications

You may modify the images in any way, including:

Cropping, resizing, recoloring
Compositing with other elements
Adding text or graphics
Upscaling or enhancing

Prohibited Uses

Regardless of revenue, you may not:

Resell, share, or redistribute the original, unmodified image files
Claim the artwork as your own creation
Use the images in a way that allows others to extract the raw files
Upload the images to any AI training dataset
Use the images in hateful, defamatory, or illegal content
Use the images in logos or trademarks (requires a custom license)
Sell the images as stock, clipart, or standalone assets

Revenue Cap

This license covers commercial use up to $100,000 USD in total annual revenue across all products or projects that use Dreaming Artificially images.

If your business exceeds this threshold, you must obtain an Extended Commercial License or a custom enterprise agreement.

Ownership / Intellectual Property Rights

All images remain the intellectual property of DreamingArtificially.com

You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the artwork.

Attribution

Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

Termination

This license remains valid unless:

You violate the terms
You attempt to redistribute or resell the original files
You use the images in prohibited content

If terminated, you must stop using the images in new projects, but existing products already sold remain unaffected.

Limitation of Liability

Licensor is not liable for any damages, claims, or costs arising from the use of the images. The images are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
