Images Purchased from Dreaming Artificially.com

This Image License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Licensee”) and [DreamingArtificially.com] (“Licensor”). By purchasing and downloading images from [DreamingArtifically.com], you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased images for personal use only. This license does not permit commercial use, resale, distribution, or any other use beyond personal purposes.

Permitted Uses

• Personal projects and non-commercial uses.
• Display on personal social media profiles and non-commercial websites, blogs, or personal portfolios.

Prohibited Uses

• The images may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred.
• The images may not be used for any commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, or promotional materials.
• The images may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
• The images may not be altered, modified, or used in a manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the Licensor.

Intellectual Property Rights

The images remain the sole property of the Licensor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights to the images.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this license at any time if the Licensee breaches any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease using the images and destroy all copies.

Limitation of Liability

Licensor is not liable for any damages, claims, or costs arising from the use of the images. The images are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
